Description

There is a cedar tree near the alley on West 31st St. that is extending out into the roadway about 8.0' The tree is between New Kent Ave and Stonewall Ave. The tree makes this a site distance issue when leaving the alley either walking or driving and if you are out in the street, people who drive or walk have to go around the tree causing a potential safety hazard for the traveling public. Please see what corrective action needs to take place to eliminate the hazard. Thank you for the help.
