Description

Alley between East Seminary Ave and Chamberlayne Ave has at the entrance and exit (Westbrook Ave and Watkins St) gravel aprons. These gravel entrance and exit points are subject to significant erosion, especially during heavy rain. Every other alley apron in the neighborhood has had a concrete apron installed. Please install a concrete apron at this alley entrance/exit.
