Description
The alley grade on T street between North 22nd and 23rd is unsafe resulting in vehicles (trailers, moving trucks, etc) scraping the bottom of their under carriage when they enter the alley from T street heading towards U street. Several vehicles have become temporarily stuck due to the grade, resulting in an obstruction of traffic and safety hazard on T street, especially large trucks due to the house construction in the neighborhood.
