Description

Graffiti painted on railroad bridge overpass over Powhite Parkway North (RT 76) near road split with RT 146/Downtown Express way split. This is embarrassment for city as thousands and thousands who drive this way every day see this. Graffiti has been on overpass for years and has had more added in last few months. It now goes all the way across bridge.
