Description

I called on August 25, 2020at 12:30p.m. to report a resident next to my church that has two recycle bins full of trash. I talked to a lady named Tiana. The location is 3612 McRand Street. The trash is overflowing and smells. It has been two months and the trash smells awful and is causing rodents.
