Description

Tree 84194 (in the RVA city tree inventory) has grown onto a street light line and the branches of the tree may be dying and weighing down the line. The weight of the tree on the line is torqueing a nearby street light utility pole, fairly severely. I assume the line needs to be cut down, the tree trimmed, the pole and the line replaced.
