Description

This is a dying tree that we agree should be completely removed. Request from 8 months ago in February (DPW000046086) has had no action taken to remove this almost dead tree. This tree is a threat to persons and property, particularly cars and pedestrians. It is tree 84189 in the RVA tree inventory.
