Description

The sidewalks on East 36th street are not ADA complaint. The intersections of E 36th St. with McLennon St, Peyton Ave, and McRand St. need ADA complaint access ramps. People in wheelchairs can't get onto the sidewalk, so they use the street. This is a moral issue and a ticking time bomb of a liability for the city. People deserve to have their needs addressed.
