Description

A portion of our front brick sidewalk has been decaying and subtly dips down at the end of our front walkway. It fills up rapidly with any type of rain storm but FREEZES and creates a mini ice-skating rink where people can fall if they are walking on the sidewalk or up to our front door during cold weather. The city is at risk every winter with this situation if a person falls and hurts themselves due to the water/freezing build up in this section of the sidewalk.
