Description

Need speed control on Honaker Avenue between Patterson Avenue and Hanover Avenue. There is an all-way stop at Hanover and a speed bump between Hanover Avenue and Three Chopt Road, but no speed control between Patterson and Hanover. Many cars use Honaker as a cut-through from Patterson Avenue to Three Chopt Road and cars often exceed 35-40 mph in residential zone.

    Honaker between Three Chopt and Patterson measures approximately 2200’. One speed table and one all-way stop exists. Also speed limit signs and warning signs are installed. No additional measures are planned at this time. I shared this request with the Richmond Police Department for enforcement.
