concrete sidewalks on both sides of South 10th Street heaved up when city water pipe burst back in March of 2019. wheel chairs cannot maneuver thru and there is a hole that shows a huge void are underneath it. Nothing holding the sidewalk up. Extremely dangerous. Please Help. This has been reported a few times in the past year and a half. the sidewalk with the hole and open void area underneath now has a long crack coming from it. It is apparently shifting. It is NOT safe for pedestrians as it could collapse anytime. When will these sidewalks be addressed please! Ongoing since 2019. It is dangerous and absolutely unacceptable that it has remained in this condition with no discussion or information given on when and how it will be repaired. Can someone please offer an update?
