Description

Please add a pedestrian bridge over Chamberlayne Ave at the intersection with School St. A 97 bed homeless shelter is going to be placed in front of a 6 lane road where drivers usually go at least 45 MPH. For the safety of the people the shelter is meant to serve, this should be completed before the opening of the shelter.
