There is a dead tree and fallen trunk that is located in the ACROSS FROM 4608 Sulgrave Road (Note: it says 4608 Sulgrave in the location since this park has no physical address). Most of the tree has decomposed. Photo of the tree and fallen trunk is attached. Can you please arrange for the removal of this tree that is located on City Property? Thank you!
