    M All traffic signals must meet the warrants in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The intersection of Laburnum and Teakwood does not meet these warrants due to lack of traffic on Teakwood. A No Parking sign will be installed on Laburnum to improve sight distance.
