Description

The owner of this property, Janice A., cut branches from the tree beside her fence. She left the branches there beside the tree. This is now a safety hazard. Now there is trash in the pile of unsitely branches and it also blocks the view. The branches need to be picked up, because she did not put them at the alley for the city to dispose of.
