Description

There is a giant pile of trash on the sidewalk at 2811 E Broad. Trash doesn't get picked up when trash truck comes, RVA311 says to call 646-1798, no one answers this phone, don't know what to do so I put the trash in my trash can and left it in front of 2811 but then no one came for that on trash day
