Description

This city tree is badly diseased, rotting, and in danger of toppling over on my home. It has been heavy pruned by the city over the years, however, it is now mostly dead with a hollow and rotten trunk. I fear that a heavy wind, rain, or snow storm will knock this tree over, with potential damage to homes, cars, and/or people. Thank you.
