Description

A lot of Hopkins Road in this area lacks sidewalks on both sides of the street and a lot of sections are a patch work of curb and gutter. There are also sections of really narrow over grown sidewalks on Hopkins Road that are really narrow could the City of Richmond upgrade Hopkins Road with 6 foot wide sidewalks by widening the old ones and built new ones along Hopkins Road? Also could the City of Richmond talk to Chesterfield County about extending a sidewalk out of Richmond into Chesterfield?
