Multiple Graffiti/Vandalized Stop Signs. Safety issue with Stop Signs being impaired due to graffiti. Kensignton Ave/Malvern Ave. Hanover/Commonwealth Ave. Many families walk this area with young babies/children. Please assist ASAP!
