Description
The Ulmus americana located in front of 812 and 814 Tilden Street is in need of pruning. There is a dead detached branch hanging over the sidewalk/street that will eventually fall (potentially on a parked car or pedestrian). Additionally there are numerous currently attached but clearly dead branches that should be pruned before they break off and fall on the street, sidewalk, or porch roof of 814 Tilden St. Branches need to be pruned back from hanging over the 814 Tilden St. porch roof. Attached are additional photos showing current status. Spring leaves came in on the healthy branches, but the dead branches failed to leaf out and have been dropping more and more sticks during storms. The large middle-center dead branch, which used to stick straight up, is starting to lean increasingly towards and over the 814 Tilden porch roof; homeowner is concerned it will break off and damage the house.
