Description
There is no category that I found for this request. Numerous neighbors have complained about the recent "street cleaning" services, which a) did not actually clean the streets, or b) if cleaned, it was done half-way. Malvern Avenue, with all the new parking lines, etc. was one area. I believe this is generally a City-wide issue. Cars towed with no cleaning, poor cleaning in general, signs removed with little evidence that streets are cleaned, etc. Please advise asap.
