Description

Sidewalk buckled up from tree roots where there is a large space where rodents are coming out of space with allows them to drag trash bags to the hole and what the rodents can't pull into the hole the trash is left on the sidewalk; handicap citizens in the area and if the wheelchair tangled it will cause harm to the citizen. This poses a safety hazard
