Description

Citizen has a handicap sign in front of her home and a tree in front has roots coming out the ground with the tree has raised up from the ground. Citizen is very concerned and the tree has pushed the sidewalk up in front of citizens home which has caused a safety hazard.

Caller called back and said the dirt and roots are above the sidewalk and there's a tripping concern; there's also a handicap space/sign right at were the tree roots are lifting. Caller wants to know if there can be another assessment.
