Description
Another enormous load of trash dumped on a public way by Addi’s Ethiopian Restaurant, on the side of Elephant Thai. You can find it next to the series of illegal encroachments on the sidewalk, which DPW has been ignoring for years. If you’re looking at the pile of trash that Addis dumped at Franklin St. and Walnut Alley, which the city has done nothing about for weeks, just head down the alley, walk past the eleven illegal encroachments and turn right to find the three illegal encroachments and trash heap which this service request refers to.
