Description

In front of 321 Libblie Ave, work required the pavement to be removed. This was new pavement, less than six months old. The pavement repair is uneven and poorly done. The City guidelines appear to require that the asphalt from curb to curb be replaced, due to the recent installation of the asphalt. Now there is a second 'patch', worse than the first, in front of Stuffy's. It is a true pothole. Not sure why it is considered acceptable.
