Description

There is a stump from a previous tree that was cut down..Cars park along grove and this stump is right there when a passenger exits a car. THERE is also a tree that is not doing well, it looks like the exact tree that was cut down, and is dying. There are no leaves on top of this tree...even though it is fall...this tree is not doing well and could be a hazard to cars and people.
