Description

Frequently (not just on trash days) the building’s trash overflows onto the sidewalk, posing a health and safety risk as well as a major eyesore. (See the attached photo.) There is no consistent supervision of waste disposal whatsoever. It’s located on the northwest corner of Arthur Ashe Blvd. and Hanover Ave., directly across from the Museum of Fine Arts, so numerous people are exposed to the frequent mess. The actual site of the violation is on the Hanover Ave. side of the building. Thank you.
