Request New Tree Planting

Description

Request: DPW000025659 - following up on this request dating back to Fall 2018 when city took a large dead oak tree down which was on city property in front of our house.New tree was planted March 2019 but it was unhealthy upon arrival and never leafed out. New tree was then removed and the stump was ground up in March 2020. I was told that planting season starts in November. We have been dealing with this for 2 years now. Can we get a new tree asap? Thank you.
