Description

Sidewalk infront of 427 N STafford Ave and 429 N Stafford Ave has been uprooted and presents a hazard/difficulties for anyone having physical limitations. Neighbors and I have reported this since 2014 and we have not had any success in it getting fixed. As the concrete has gaps, each time it rains, the concrete slabs are further damaged/further uprooted. Please note the pictures below are from 2014. The sidewalk is worse now.
