    20 feet by 5 feet is damaged sidewalk. / tree roots

    am not sure if the citizen is requesting a wheel chair ramp or a new sidewalk installed near the side of her house and the bus stop area. Or are they concerned about the shaved sidewalk in front of house. I left my business card in the citizen's door.
