    Update: This location was re-inspected on 7-15-2024 and it was determined that the repairs will be completed by maintenance instead of CIP. 15' x 5' of concrete sidewalk is lifted and cracked from tree roots on S Stafford Ave. 65' x 8' concrete sidewalk is lifted and sunken on Grayland Ave. The repairs will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns.
