Description

I submitted a request (ID: DPW000061183) to fix a recently planted tree that is leaning at a 45 degree Angle toward cars. The request was marked "completed" on 9/17. Nothing was done to fix the tree. I have attached photo taken today and you can see it looks exactly the same as it did when service was requested earlier. I have created a temporary solution by attaching a rope to the leaning tree and attaching that to a tree on the other side of the sidewalk.
