- Staff · September 30, 2021M investigation into this request found the under road pipe failing at the intersection of Vesper and Mervine Road. Someone has made this location safe, however the pipe will need to be replaced. At 7245 Berwick Road on the outlet side of the driveway a small spot will need to be addressed. The asphalt is failing
