Description

SB Libbie at intersection with Grove stopped at line. Light cycled 4 times without turning green going SB @ 5 PM. As soon as I pulled forward to the old pressure plate at intersection, light turned green. Is it supposed to do that? No one could take left turn signal because traffic was backed up too far

    M Intersection working at normal operation. Vehicle detection is working properly extended a few zones to see if that helps any. Will be passed on foe engineers to investigate further.
