    Checked all functions at the intersection.

    Checked all functions and saw the issue of the walks on phase 2 placing ped calls. The NE button wasn’t stuck but just a bad switch discovered from troubleshooting. All loop detection on phase 2 (EB & WB)is tested and working as design. Switch was replaced and intersection is running at 100%
