Description

Pothole every 50 feet on the entire block; request was put in 2017-2019 under request DPW19166 & DPW1612; request is closed on 4/15, but citizen the repair made it worst. Slump in street from pothole repair with the street not leveling and there is standing water which has attracted mosquitos; some request go back as far as
