Description

Please re-install at least 1 speed hump in the 3600 block of Seminary Ave, 2 would be great. The wonderful re-paving done recently we love, but it's made a speeding problem worse. There's always been an issue with drivers cutting the Chamberlayne/Laburnum Ave corner by coming down Seminary, in both directions, but it's gotten much worse. With all the residents, adults & children, walking/bicycling all day long now, someone's liable to get run over by one of the reckless speeders. Thank you.
