Description

Devonshire Rd is a popular cut through for east-bound drivers, because it avoids stoplights on Forest Hill. A residential street with many runners, bikers & walkers (including a recent boom of small children), sees commuter traffic every 2-3 minutes. These drivers characteristically roll through stop signs and speed through the narrow, car-lined, one-way street. To keep Devonshire from being the Forest Hill Bypass, I request observation of the street, and two speed bumps per block on Devonshire.
