Mr. Shaheen is reporting that DPW was doing some irrigation work on the road on the gutters and when they finished it created a form of pot hole. This is the area Mr. Shaheen and his neighbors. The area of concern is behind his home and at the easement of public utilities entrance on henri street 6101 Patterson avenue, Richmond, va. 23226
