Description

At the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Pulaski Street. There are 3-4 potholes. (This was reported before and the ticket was closed before the work was ever completed.) It appears rocks were placed in hole, but never paved over. The rocks have since shifted onto street leaving open holes to try and navigate as you turn in the intersection.
