Description

Vegetation is overgrown making the sidewalk impassable. Pedestrians are having to walk in the street (Cowardin). Cars come across the Lee bridge faster than posted speed limit, making it dangerous for pedestrians that cannot walk on the sidewalk. For current image, see my last request.
