Description

A very large Elm on Cleveland Street between Patterson Ave and Kensington Ave has a large limb that shows large cracks that need to be evaluated for safety. The limb extends over Cleveland Street and is a safety concern. It is in the sidewalk median toward the rear of my property. The cracks appeared after last weeks afternoon storms. Please see uploaded pictures. Thank you.
