Description

Tree limbs are growing downward and blocking a heavily trafficked sidewalk corner! There are also a number of people with mobility issues who use this corner and it makes it difficult to actually use the sidewalk. Most people need to leave the sidewalk to walk/ roll in the road to get around the limbs. It requires bending over a significant amount to get by. This is at the corner of Shields Ave and Idlewood Ave next to the Byrd Park Community Garden. Thanks!!
