Description
The stormwater drain in the ally behind our house does not work. Every time there's a hard rain, six inches of water covers the alley as well as our backyard, and it is a health hazard. We really need someone to fix the drainage issue in the alley. We have to get new rocks delivered every year because the water carries them away. Plus, the hole the lack of drainage creates destroys cars. I have bottomed out my car in the alley. We would appreciate someone fixing this problem once and for all.
