Description

The grass at Thomas Jefferson High School and the Tot Lot on West Grace Street was overgrown on my last visit Monday September 7. I know that in-person school is not in session, but I kindly request that the city mow the grass as it is an eyesore for the neighborhood and gives a poor impression of Richmond public schools (which I love to support!)
