Description
On 20th Street (between E Marshall & Broad Street), there are 2 parking lot access points on the west side of the street. Employees, customers, and/or people who live in the apartments constantly scrape their car bumpers and bottoms when accessing the parking lots due to the street/gutter angle being so deep. Some cars have been damaged. Thanks. pbb
