Description

There is a city-owned grassed median strip in front of my house. There are two large pine trees there. Both have some normal life-cycle low dead limbs But in the last few days, one limb in particular is drooping down to the ground and very near a street light power wire. Yesterday I saw a 3 year old child of a neighbor grasping the limb.
