sidewalk is in dire need of repair in front of 213 & 215 S. Mulberry St. the damage is partly due to old tree roots & a stump that was finally ground a year or so ago. the sidewalk was never repaired after the stump was removed. we have quite a few seniors in our neighborhood who have to walk out into the street to get around it as well as families with strollers that have difficulty getting through this area as well. It's a major trip hazard
