Description

The property owner has illegally built a parking area on public property and claimed it as his own, leaving debris. The City incorrectly closed a previous request on this issue. The area is NOT a private driveway/parking area. The city plot maps CLEARLY show that the property owner has illegally built this parking area in the alley. Homeowners cannot simply build onto public property and claim it as their own. Please inform the property owner to cease and desist.
