Description

alley parking lot has become so eroded that my car has trouble making it up the hill into parking spot and scrapes the bottom of my car. Asphalt is loosening and it's creating a treacherous hill. Cobblestones are loose and very uneven and collect trash and animal waste. Alley is a mix of cobblestone, gravel, and asphalt that is washing away. Alley is located around 11 N. 21st St. and Glave and Holmes parking lot.
